Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) provides support and guidance for first-time moms who find themselves navigating this new parenting journey. By pairing new moms with a specially-trained nurse for support, advice, resource connection and more, Nurse-Family Partnership has a two-generation approach that supports moms from early pregnancy through their child’s second birthday, ensuring that they are set up for long-term success.

Child First
Child First provides whole-family mental health services and support with an integrated, home-visitation model addressing the needs of both children and their caregivers. By connecting families with a two-person Clinical and Care team, Child First helps parents and caregivers build strong, loving relationships with their young children, providing healing and protection from trauma and stresses in their lives, and allowing both generations to thrive.
