Our Programs

Changent’s programs are anchored in research-based models, backed by data, and delivered in close partnership with communities – delivering positive change for children and families. 

Child First

Child First provides home-based mental health services that promote strong, nurturing, relationships to heal and protect young children from the impacts of trauma and chronic stress. The program pairs families with a highly trained mental health clinician, as well as a care coordinator who supports healthy child development and connects families with services in their communities.

Nurse-Family Partnership

Nurse-Family Partnership equips first-time moms with the means to create better futures for themselves and their babies. The program pairs families with specially educated home visiting nurses from early pregnancy through the child’s second birthday, supporting habits that contribute to lifelong health and well-being.

Hiring and Training 

Once approved to implement, Changent will provide you with tools and guidance for hiring and onboarding your program teams. All providers receive thorough education on the programs and ongoing training and support from Changent.
