Job Description:
Yamhill County has one regular full-time position for a Nursing Supervisor in our Public Health team. This position oversees a home visiting nursing team that provides high-quality, client-centered care. The Nursing Supervisor develops and maintains nursing protocols, ensures program compliance/fidelity, participates in long- and short-term planning, assigns caseloads, provides leadership assistance to the Program Manager, and develops/navigates relationships with local and state partners around program services and supports. The Nursing Supervisor may also support the Public Health team’s community and clinic-based communicable disease and immunization services. THIS IS A NON-BARGAINING POSITION.
