CHANGENT ANNOUNCES NEW BOARD LEADERSHIP WITH DEEP EXPERTISE IN HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SYSTEMS

March 13, 2026

DENVER, CO (March 13, 2026) — Changent, the national organization supporting Nurse Family Partnership® and Child First, today announced the election of Jonathan Webb as Chair and Steven Summer as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors. Both leaders have served on the Changent Board (Jonathan since 2023 and Steven since 2024), bringing continuity and deep organizational knowledge to their new roles.

“Jonathan and Steven bring extraordinary leadership experience to their new roles as Chair and Vice Chair of the Changent Board,” said Charlotte Min-Harris, President and CEO of Changent. “Jonathan’s deep expertise in women’s health, obstetrics, and neonatal nursing, alongside Steven’s decades of executive leadership across major healthcare systems, will strengthen our ability to guide Changent’s mission with clarity, vision, and deep understanding of the communities we serve.”

“Our newly elected Chair and Vice Chair will be strengthened by the strong foundation laid by our outgoing leaders, Paurvi Bhatt and Richard Ostuw. During their three-year tenure as Chair and Vice Chair, they guided the organization through pivotal moments and positioned us for continued success. We are deeply grateful for their notable service—and equally grateful that they will continue to contribute their expertise as members of our Board of Directors,” said Min-Harris.

About Jonathan Webb, Incoming Chair

Jonathan Webb is the CEO of the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN), representing more than 350,000 nurses in women’s health, obstetrics, and neonatal specialties. His experience includes more than 20 years of leadership in public health, including roles advancing maternal and child health, health equity, and community-based systems change. Webb also serves on national advisory committees, including the March of Dimes National Advisory Committee and the American Board of Pediatrics Foundation.

“I’m honored to serve as Board Chair and help advance Changent’s mission,” said Webb. “My work in women’s health, obstetrics, and neonatal nursing has shown me the power of early, evidence based support for families. I look forward to strengthening that impact nationwide.”

About Steven Summer, Incoming Vice Chair

Steven Summer, a nationally recognized healthcare executive, currently serves as President and CEO of the Healthcare Institute, where he works with chief executives of major nonprofit health systems to discuss strategy, governance, and system transformation. Over a career spanning more than four decades, he has helped shape healthcare policy and hospital and health system leadership at the state and national levels, including 13 years as President and CEO of the Colorado Hospital Association and prior leadership roles in West Virginia and Maryland.

His appointment reflects Changent’s growing focus on the connection between early childhood support, family stability, and long-term health outcomes.

“Healthcare leaders increasingly recognize that health begins long before clinical care,” said Summer. “Investing in children and families is one of the most powerful ways to strengthen communities and improve lifelong outcomes. I’m honored to help advance Changent’s mission and expand the reach of these proven programs across the country.”
