Changent is excited to share that two members of our team, Sharon Sprinkle and Rebecca Parilla, have been recognized as part of the 2025 Care Guild. The Care Guild highlights leaders who are advancing a bold, family-centered vision for mental health—one grounded in the understanding that none of us gets healthy, or stays healthy, alone.
Sharon, Eastern Nurse Consultation Director for Nurse-Family Partnership, and Rebecca, Clinical Director for Child First, are at the forefront of integrating mental health into early parenting. Through nurse-led visits, trauma-informed practice, and two-generation care, they strengthen caregiver–child relationships and help families build the support they need to thrive.
Their work reflects Changent’s commitment to improving health and well-being across generations and reimagining how care can truly meet families where they are. We are proud to celebrate Sharon and Rebecca, and all of this year’s honorees who are helping move the field beyond siloed care toward healing and thriving that happens together—by design.
