Charlotte Min-Harris
Charlotte Min-Harris is the President & CEO of Changent, guiding the organization with a clear vision to improve the health and wellbeing of children and families nationwide. Under her leadership, Changent stewards transformative programs like Child First and Nurse-Family Partnership, with a strategic focus on growth and long-term impact. Charlotte is deeply committed to operational excellence and cultivating strong, trusted partnerships, ensuring Changent is positioned to scale its impact and support thriving communities well into the future.
With four decades of management experience in the for-profit sector, national nonprofits, and academia, Charlotte has held key roles such as Chief Operating Officer at Changent and Vice President of Grants Operations at Daniels Fund, a $1.5 billion private charitable foundation in Denver. She also served as Chief Operating Officer for the Colorado and Wyoming region of the American Red Cross.
Charlotte holds a Master of Global Studies from the University of Denver and bachelor’s and master’s degrees in advertising from Michigan State University. She is a member of Women of Impact, a private network of women healthcare leaders.
Charlotte’s leadership style is characterized by curiosity and authenticity. She aligns the intersection of doing and being, staying true to her principles and values while meeting the organization’s needs. This approach advances the right priorities, drives action, creates efficient systems, and builds partnerships in service to Changent’s mission.
Charlotte lives in rural Vermont with her husband, Mike; son, Raymond; rescue dog, Pan; and two guinea pigs, Coffee and Tea.

Renea Banks
Renea Banks serves as Changent’s Chief Human Resources & Equity Officer, providing executive oversight across key functions including workforce operations, human resources, health equity, data and evaluation, and strategic planning. Her role is pivotal in aligning departments with Changent’s long-term goals, breaking down silos, and advancing equity-driven innovation at a national scale.
With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, equity strategy, and organizational leadership, Renea has dedicated her career to championing inclusion and systems-level change. Prior to joining Changent, she held impactful roles across government contracting, community living, and home visitation—bringing a broad, grounded perspective to her work.
Renea has discovered a deep sense of purpose aligning with missions that resonate with her personal experiences. Her advocacy extends beyond her professional life into her community involvement and personal passions. She actively contributes to the community through her roles on the board of the White Sutton Syndrome Foundation, her membership in Sigma Gamma Rho, and her volunteer work with the Ronald McDonald House and her local children’s hospital.
Renea resides in Virginia with her husband and two children, finding joy and fulfillment in family life.

Erin Frautschy
Erin Frautschy is Changent’s Chief of Staff, providing strategic partnership to the CEO, driving alignment across the executive team, and ensuring top-level priorities are translated into clear, actionable initiatives. Her responsibilities also include management of the CEO’s messaging and communications strategy and serving as the administrator of Executive Leadership and Board operations and communications. She is adept at not only managing the present but also looking ahead, anticipating roadblocks and aligning the leadership team to move forward with harmony so the organization works together toward a common goal.
Erin brings more than 20 years of professional experience navigating across the corporate, non-profit, government, and political landscapes. Prior to joining Changent, she worked for Humana, where she executed critical executive priorities, including shaping COVID operational policies and return-to-work strategy as well as the creation of a transformative Health Equity Innovation Hub at the University of Louisville. She also served as a Director of Scheduling and Advance in the Obama Administration, leading the planning and execution of official government travel for members of the President’s cabinet.
Erin’s professional journey is diverse, including fundraising for women’s health care in the non-profit sector, strategic planning for a start-up, and work on political campaigns at various levels. Her passion lies in understanding the essence of an organization’s mission and orchestrating the pieces to bring strategic vision to life.
Erin is married and resides in Kentucky with her family, including her young daughter, three school-aged bonus daughters, and cats.

Julia Teska
Julia Teska serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Changent. In this role, Julia guides the organization’s financial planning, budget development and monitoring, accounting operations, investments and government and private grants administration strategies. She oversees all finance and legal-related work for Changent, building effective relationships with strategic partners and the investment community.
Julia has over thirty years of experience in nonprofit, state and local government finance, with an emphasis on education and health and human services programs. Prior to her current role as CFO, Julia worked at the Nevada System of Higher Education where she managed large budgets and key stakeholder relationships. Previously in her career, Julia served as the deputy superintendent, business and support services for the Nevada Department of Education, director of the department of administration and state budget director for the state of Nevada.
Julia is a graduate of Ashford University with a bachelor’s degree in public administration. She resides in Colorado with her husband and two rescue dogs, Nellie and Juno.

Michele Werner
Michele Werner is Changent’s Chief Philanthropy Officer, leading the organization’s comprehensive philanthropic program including institutional and individual giving, public grants and annual giving; she also oversees marketing and communications for the organization.
Michele first joined the organization in 2019 serving as director of institutional partnerships. She brings more than 25 years of fundraising experience including special events, corporate and foundation giving, annual giving and major gifts and communications. Previously in her career, she served as a vice president at the American Heart Association after spending 11 years at Virginia Hospital Center as director of development and interim foundation president.
Michele is a graduate of George Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She is a graduate of Leadership Arlington and member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. She has focused her work on serving healthcare organizations as she is devoted to improving the health and well-being of individuals and communities.
Michele resides in Arlington, Virginia with her husband and dog, Stoli, and has two children, Hannah and Jackson. In her spare time, she loves to travel and practice yoga.

Dr. Meghan López
Dr. Meghan E. López serves as Changent’s Chief Program and Network Officer, where she leads national programs and network engagement to drive future growth and impact through evidence-informed programming and strategic partnership development. Her role focuses on enhancing program effectiveness, building organizational capacity, and delivering high-quality programs into communities nationwide.
Dr. López began her career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Paraguay before working as a home visitor for refugee families in Baltimore, Maryland, doula, nurse, and family nurse practitioner. She has held leadership positions at the International Rescue Committee, Global Support and Development, and Whole Child International. Her doctoral work focused on breaking transgenerational experiences of violence through positive parenting interventions, contributing to landmark child protection legislation in El Salvador in collaboration with UNICEF.
Dr. López holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Dartmouth College.
Dr. López resides in Gordonsville, Virginia, with her husband, three children, two dogs, and four horses in their bicultural, bilingual household. She enjoys running through the rolling Virginia hills and in her free time loves reading and traveling—she is always up for a good book recommendation or a must-see travel spot.
