(March 15, 2023) — The National Service Office (NSO) for Nurse-Family Partnership ® and Child First announced today that the NSO Board of Directors has promoted Charlotte Min-Harris to president and CEO.  Min-Harris has served as acting president and CEO since July and was previously chief operating officer. In addition, the NSO Board
