Our History
The merger of Nurse-Family Partnership and Child First in 2020 brought more than 65 years of proven experience together in one organization. As Changent, we operate with a shared set of family-focused values and a continued commitment to learning and program integrity so we can serve families with the greatest need in the most holistic way.
