Changent is a national organization that serves as the headquarters for two nationally-recognized, data-driven programs – Child First and Nurse-Family Partnership. With our main office in Denver, Colorado, Changent supports a primarily remote team, with employees who live and work in communities across the country. Our team of diverse and passionate professionals work each day to support and implement the Child First and Nurse-Family Partnership programs. We are united behind a shared purpose to champion the health and well-being of children and families.
The Changent team provides direct support to our national network of community-based implementation partners that deliver our programs directly to families – including clinical education and training, government affairs and advocacy, operations support, program growth, fundraising, information services, marketing and more.

Changent partners with a network of community-based implementation partners who deliver our proven programs locally – from local social service providers to public health entities to hospitals and health systems, and many more.
Our implementation partners directly hire and employ mental health clinicians, care coordinators, public health nurses, and other program and administrative staff who deliver Child First and Nurse-Family Partnership directly to children, families and communities.
